In the event an item arrives with noticeable damage or the customer feels the item was misrepresented at the time of purchase, please email within 48 hours of receiving the item with a picture and a brief description of the error.
Refunds will only take place in the form of store credit for the full amount of the original invoice including shipping.

If an item is lost or otherwise misplaced by W+H and is unable to ship, the customer will receive a full refund.
Your refund will be processed and a credit will be automatically applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 7 days. Please note that depending on your credit card company, it may take an additional 2-10 business days after your credit is applied for it to post to your account.
